Job Description

This is a very exciting time to join us following the recent creation of Optoma Holding based in the UK to bring together our global regions based in the UK, as we improve our infrastructure, systems and processes. With such exciting change, and with Optoma Europe playing a pivotal role in the transformation, this role will help us better expand and develop the important projector, interactive, non-interactive and LED display market in Poland.

 This role requires a candidate who will be based in Poland and is fluent in Polish. The successful candidate will work remotely from Poland and travel to client sites. We are looking for a professional technology enthusiast equipped with a strong sales acumen. This role requires someone who is self-driven, is not afraid to overcome challenges, and possesses an analytical mindset. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the capability to establish clear goals and effectively execute tasks. Key to this position is the ability to initiate and maintain solid relationships with clients.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and grow existing key accounts within the Poland Pro AV marketplace.
  • Improve brand recognition in the Interactive Flat Panel (IFP), Flat Panel (FP), LED, and Projector market.
  • Provide expert advice and support to Audiovisual (AV) dealers, fostering long-term relationships with our valued clients.
  • Meet quarterly targets along with KPIs that have been set by the company.
  • Distribute sales and marketing communication to all customers.
  • actively engage with dealers through product consultation, pricing negotiations, and proactive participation in project preparation.
  • implement effective sales strategies for both existing and new partners, aligning them with our overarching corporate goals.
  • ensure key partners are thoroughly trained and aware of our range of product applications.
  • Work closely with sales administration and supply planning team to guarantee optimal customer satisfaction by aligning order fulfillment and specific requests with customer needs.


Candidate Specification

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Sales experience, preferably in the AV industry (Interactive Flat Panels, Flat panel, Projectors and LED-screens).
  • Strong technical interests and knowledge about the market of high-quality AV installations
  • Ability to create and maintain strong business relationships.
  • Meet quarterly targets along with KPIs that have been set by the company.
  • Distribute sales and marketing communication to all customers.
  • Self-starter with own initiative and ideas
  • Ability to prioritise and organise work time.
  • Highly motivated and target driven.
  • Able to use MS Excel at a good level.
  • Driving licence B
  • Fluency in Polish is essential.
  • Due to our international environment good knowledge of English is desirable.
