About the role

This is a very exciting time to join us following the recent creation of Optoma Holding based in the UK to bring together our global regions, as we improve our infrastructure, systems and processes.

With such exciting change, and with Optoma Europe playing a pivotal role in the transformation, this role is a great opportunity to learn the key elements of marketing, communication, product launch cycles, as well as to engage with sales and product teams. Plus, you get to interact with the products and learn about the technologies that drive them.  This position supports multiple markets, serving a large and diverse territory across EMEA and the Americas. As a result, you will have exposure to colleagues on a global level and interact with the brand center and marketing teams in Taiwan.

A great opportunity to work on a collaborative global team reporting into the Head of Marketing Communications for EMEA and the Americas and working within the talented Marketing Department which includes a Senior Marketing Manager, Designers, Video Manager and Web Developers.

This position will coordinate all marketing activities, including materials development, sales support, trade show coordination, web site content management, copy writing for case studies and the web site and public relations support and press release development. Collaborating with internal stakeholders, this candidate will need to multitask to support all areas of marketing for B2B and B2C channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support all product launches for B2B and B2C channels.
  • In collaboration with the marketing team, develop, proof and deliver content including messaging, web copy, promotional flyers, copywriting, advertising, web banners, case studies, presentations, videos, etc.
  • Ensure all content provides clear benefits to the target audience, conveys the brand voice & personality, and meets high quality standards.
  • Support manager with Optoma EU web presence www.optomaeurope.com.
  • Manage content management system (CMS) on back end to update and change web site content in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for uploading content including; product images, events, press releases, case studies, etc.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Product Teams on content for new models.
  • Collaborate with design team and provide feedback on materials for target audiences.  Design banners, landing pages, and other ad materials to promote key products.
  • Develop PowerPoint presentations to support the Sales and Marketing Teams.
  • Work alongside customers and the Sales Team to develop case studies based on installations across all countries in EMEA and USA; UK, Spain, France, Germany as examples.  Write the case study and incorporate images and videos.
  • Manage trade show support, including hotel rooming blocks and logistics for the Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) in Barcelona and InfoComm in the USA.
  • Social Media Channels – Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Support with content creation and support Optoma Europe pages and offer suggestions to grow followers.
  • Input and engage with a wide variety of stakeholders to ensure strategic focused and global campaigns are well-executed at the local marketing level.

About You

Key Skills & Experience:

  • 2-3 years of experience in Marketing
  • PowerPoint or other presentation software proficiency
  • Strong project management and multi-tasking ability
  • Exceptional copy writing skills
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Team player who is driven, adaptable and dynamic


  • University degree (preferably in Marketing)
  • Assertive, engaging, communicative and confident
  • Broad understanding across multiple marketing disciplines including web site materials.
