Optoma is seeking a Creative Marketing Coordinator to make an impact in the world of technology!

You are a creative and motivated person who is passionate about social media, marketing and advertising. You love technology, music and design, and shine when it comes to creating and sharing content that tells a story – from catchy videos to sales brochures for both digital and print.

You are a natural communicator with an entrepreneurial spirit and understand the power of marketing and public relations in building a strong recognisable brand. You are well-versed in current and emerging social media platforms, including the latest Instagram algorithm changes, and you obsess over your content’s engagement rate and CTR.

You are a strong writer and love creating content that drives action. You are solutions-oriented, yet results-driven, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.


  • Graphic design of marketing collateral for sales including flyers, adverts, display material  and email signatures
  • Video content creation for social media and case studies
  • Develop and make presentations of company products and services
  • Input into and deliver activity from the annual consumer, education and business marketing plans

Social Media

  • Day to day management of Optoma’s social media vehicles including creating content, managing and scheduling posts and posting content for Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram
  • Ownership of the brands tone of voice, sharing scintillating copy to engage Optoma’s audiences
  • Analysing and reporting on the effectiveness of social campaigns and posts
  • Development of new campaigns and tools
  • Pay-per-click campaigns (PPC) – ie. Google AdWords, LinkedIn Ads


  • Arrange print of flyers and banners for various shows, ensuring they achieve a high standard of quality and within budget, looking for the most competitive costs.
  • Event support across all channels (i.e. gaming, professional installation and home cinema shows)


  • Suggest creative ways to increase brand awareness
  • Ensuring the consistent presentation of a company's image through digital, print and social media advertising
  • Collaborate and communicate with key players, tracking and monitoring success of marketing campaigns
  • Support the sales team with marketing collateral
  • Proven success in the development and delivery of social media campaigns in a business capacity
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with General Data Protection legislation
